Latina Holding SA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the financial sector. The Company's activities are divided into two main divisions: the investment in shares, bonds, securities and other financial instruments, and the provision of financial and information technology (IT) consultancy services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Latina Broker Asesores y Corredores de Seguros SA, which is principally active in the brokerage of life and non-life insurance policies, and Caja Rural de Ahorro y Credito Los Libertadores de Ayacucho SA, specialized in the provision of financing to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the rural environment, as well as Cusco Ltd was the Company's majority shareholder with 84.61% of its interest.
