The Company's main areas of construction market include: steel construction, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) joinery, woodwork, aluminum construction and joinery, logistic and dispatch and transport services. The Company offers also road transportation services and real estate services as a developer. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated six wholly owned direct subsidiaries, Trion Financial Service SA, engaged in wooden doors and windows production, Trion Inwestycje Sp. z o.o, engaged in building projects developing, as well as Projekt Gruszczyn Sp. z o.o., Emir 6 Sp. z o.o., Cogilco Polonia Sp. z o.o. and Projekt Kokoszki Sp. z o.o., engaged in developing services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 65.67%-owned by Slidellco Holdings Limited.
