Kingsway Corporation, formerly Kingsway Financial Services Inc., is a holding company which owns and operates a collection of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) services companies. The Company's segments include Extended Warranty and Kingsway Search Xcelerator. Its Extended Warranty segment includes businesses in the Automotive markets. Its Extended Warranty segment includes its subsidiaries, which consist of IWS Acquisition Corporation, Geminus Holding Company, Inc., and PWI Holdings, Inc. Its Kingsway Search Xcelerator segment includes its subsidiaries and the Company's CEO Accelerator program. Kingsway Search Xcelerator's subsidiaries include CSuite Financial Partners, LLC, Digital Diagnostics, Inc., Efficient Plumbing, LLC, Image Solutions, LLC, Advanced Plumbing & Drain, LLC, Ravix Group, Inc., Secure Nursing Service Inc., Systems Products International, Inc., M.L.C. Plumbing, LLC (d/b/a Bud's Plumbing), and Roundhouse Electric & Equipment Co., Inc.
