Kineta, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. KVA12123 may be an effective immunotherapy for many types of cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer (CRC), ovarian cancer (OC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. It is also developing an anti-CD27 agonist mAb immunotherapy to address the problem of exhausted T cells. The nominated lead candidate is a fully human mAb that demonstrates nanomolar (nM) binding affinity to CD27 in humans.
