Kidville, Inc. provides access to classes, indoor play space, birthday parties and signature programs all under one roof. The Company’s services include classes, birthday parties, preschool, camp, play space, monthly member events, a boutique and a salon. It offers a variety of class titles and categories for ages from newborn to six years old, including gym, music, art, dance, enrichment and others. The Company offers two party packages: Classic Party and Deluxe Party. Kidville University (KVU) is the Company’s gradual separation program, which provides preschool services. Its single-class membership includes four classes and two play space passes per month. Its double-class membership includes eight classes and unlimited play space access per month. Its unlimited class membership includes unlimited classes and unlimited play space access. Kidville Boutique features local specialty items, gift-wrapping services and vendors, including Melissa & Doug, Skip Hop, and others.
