The Company operates through three segments, namely Logistics services, Warehousing and distribution, and Investment holding. The Company is engaged in offering mainly ocean and air freight services as well as freight forwarding services for cargo shipments to and from the United States and other countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and South America. Its Logistics services segment is engaged in the provision of ocean and air freight services, freight forwarding services and other supporting services. Its Warehousing and distribution segment is engaged in providing warehousing and distribution services for healthcare-related products and devices. Its subsidiaries include KGW Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd., Mattroy Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., among others.
