The Company's projects include Corral Copper, Tombstone South and Mesa Well. The Company's Corral Copper project is located near historical mining areas and is an advanced exploration and development opportunity in Cochise County, Arizona. The Corral Copper Property is comprised of the Excelsior Property, the CCCI Properties, the Sara Claim Group, the MAN Property and the Viewsite Claims. The Corral Copper Property covers approximately 10,346 acres (4,187 hectares) of mineral rights including over 2,000 acres of Patented mining claims and surface rights. The Tombstone South property consists of approximately 50 unpatented federal mining claims and six Arizona State Prospecting Permits comprising of 3,500 acres. The Mesa Well property covers around 6,500 acres.
