Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of small molecule drugs that address underserved medical needs primarily in psychiatric and neurological disorders. The Company’s product, CAPLYTA (lumateperone), is an oral, once daily atypical antipsychotic approved in adults for the treatment of schizophrenia and the treatment of depressive episodes associated with bipolar I or II disorder (bipolar depression) as monotherapy and as adjunctive therapy with lithium or valproate.
