Impexmetal SA is a Poland-based company active in the non-ferrous metal sector. The Company produces aluminum products, such as strips, alloys and others; copper and copper-alloy products, such as rolled strips and strips for general use; zinc and zinc semi-products, such as zinc alloys and zinc anodes, wires and oxides; lead and lead semi products, including lead alloys and strips; silver and silver semi-products, such as silver in granules and sheets, among others; other non-ferrous metals, including tin, nickel, silicon, magnesium, manganese, cobalt, arsenic, rare earth metals and gold, among others; ferroalloys, as well as steel and articles for printing industry, such as offset plates, montage films and other articles. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 12 subsidiaries based in Poland, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Cyprus. It also operates through affiliate SPV Hutmen SA.
