Gold Port Corporation is an exploration stage junior mining company engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and Guyana. The Company is a 100% owner of three Mining Permits comprising the Groete Gold Project, located in Essequibo, Guyana. The Groete Gold Project contains a NI 43-101 gold copper inferred resource. The project consists of three mining permits, and totals about 1384 hectares. The project is located 64 kilometers west-southwest of Georgetown, the capital of Guyana, and 11 kilometers west of the Essiquibo River.
