Stardust Metal Corp., formerly Mistango River Resources Inc., is a Canada-based exploration company focused on gold and copper in Ontario and Quebec. It owns a range of assets in the Kirkland Lake district and the emerging Shebandowan gold district in Ontario. It also owns copper assets located in Chibougamau, Quebec, and a portfolio of strategic investments, one of which is Metal Energy's Manibridge Nickel Mine, a historical production site. Its projects include Omega Mine, Kirkland West, Goldie and Sackville. The Omega project is located in the prolific Kirkland Lake gold district 30 km east of Kirkland Lake and three km east of Larder Lake and adjacent to the past producing Kerr Addison mine. The Omega property covers approximately 400 hectares. Kirkland West spans 4,300 hectares and is located 10 km west of the town of Kirkland Lake. It holds 100% interest in Goldie and Sackville projects. It has an option to acquire the high-grade McGarry project adjacent to its Omega project.
