Gino Rossi SA is a Poland-based capital group that is engaged in the shoe and apparel sector. The Company is involved in the production and trade of leather shoes, women's clothes and accessories. The activities related to apparel production are concentrated at the subsidiary Simple Creative Products Sp. z o.o., while the production of footwear is run by other companies within the Group. The Company's brand portfolio comprises Gino Rossi and SIMPLE. The Company is active in wholesale and retail business areas. The network of Gino Rossi brand stores in Poland and abroad comprises of 75 stores and the network of SIMPLE creative products comprises of 49 stores. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five wholly owned subsidiaries: Simple Creative Products SA, MWM-Gino Rossi Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji, MB Shops Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji, Garda Sp. z o.o. and Como Sp. z o.o. w likwidacji.
