Gazenergoservis OAO (Gazenergoservis OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the maintenance and repair of rotating equipment of gas trunk pipelines, compressor stations and other facilities of oil and gas industry. The Company also offers such spare parts as turbine rotor and stator blades, axial compressor rotor and stator blades, impellers, complete rotors, including starting turbines, centrifugal compressors and pumps, nozzles, diaphragms, shroud-blocks, combustion area components, fasteners, filters and precision cutting tools, among others. Gazenergoservis OAO operates through several subsidiaries. Gazenergoservis OAO is active domestically, as well as abroad in such countries as the Netherlands, Germany, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, among others. The Company's major shareholder is Gazprom tsentrremont OOO.
