The Company is aiming to invest in a company committed to clear and measurable social and/or environmental objectives, operating in the sectors of renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, health and well-being, education, social inclusion or sustainable technology. The Company's investment model is based on principles such as intentionality or the explicit intention to generate positive impact, by producing social and environmental benefits through investment activity; measurability of the positive impacts generated by the investment, through the use of standardized metrics and KPIs; and the presence of the financial return on investment for the investor.
