The Company is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, and sale of precision engineering parts, namely stiffeners, test sockets, hand lids and related accessories, manufacture and sale of laser stencils, manufacture of industrial equipment and machinery as well as the manufacture and sale of cables. The Company operates through four segments: Precision engineering, Laser stencils, Automation, and Cables and connectors. The Precision engineering segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, marketing and sale of stiffeners, test sockets, hand lids, and related accessories. Its Laser stencils segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of laser stencils. Its Cables and connectors segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of accessory cables and connectors. The Automation segment is engaged in the manufacture of industrial equipment and machinery.
