The Company has a property portfolio, comprising approximately 124, 178 square meters of lettable space made up of office parks, retail shops, commercial and industrial property. It owns and manages approximately 41 buildings in various economic hubs of Zimbabwe, including high-rise commercial buildings, industrial and warehouse properties, and retail outlets. The Company also has a residential trading stock of two-and three-bedroomed garden flats in Avondale, Harare. The Company also trades as Oyster Real Estate. Oyster Real Estate is a fully licensed unit which provides professional property services that include property management, facilities management, property development and investment, and its valuations.
