First Abacus Financial Holdings Corporation is a Philippines-based company. which is engaged in stockbroking activities, investment banking, real estate business and other financial services. The Company has three segments. Securities brokerage segment handles buying and selling of shares of stock, bonds and other securities. Investment house segment provides services which include underwriting of financial instruments and management fees from financial and management advisory services. Leasing and others segment includes leasing of condominium units and other segment activities. The Company’s subsidiaries include Abacus Capital and Investment Corporation (ACIC), Abacus Securities Corporation (ASC), and Vista Holdings Corporation. ACIC is engaged in investment banking activities, management services, and treasury and other financial services (VHC). ASC is engaged in stock brokering services. VHC is engaged in buying and leasing out condo units primarily to its affiliated companies.
