Filsyn Corporation is engaged in polyester manufacturing and trading of polyester products. The Company's segments include trading, which is focused on asset disposal programs and leasing of the segment warehouse; aquaculture, which raises and sells milkfish and prawns, and real estate. The Company's products include polyester draw textured yarn (DTY), which is used in knitting; Air-Mingled Yarn (AMY), which is used in weaving and knitting; Staple Fiber (SF), which is used for cotton/rayon blending, and Pre-Oriented Yarn (POY), which is used for texturizing. Its polyester Fiber and yarn are sold to domestic end users, as well as to the export market. Its polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and pre-form are sold in the domestic market. Its manufacturing plant is located on a site of over 30 acres in the Sta. Rosa, Laguna. It also owns a land of over 16.3 hectares in Gen. Mariano Alvarez, Carmona, Cavite. It owns approximately 150 hectares real estate property in Pontevedra, Capiz.
