The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally involved in the provision of oil and gas service and equipment solutions which include, amongst others, oil field service solutions, talent solutions, digital solutions as well as robotics and engineering solutions. Oilfield service solutions include supporting activities throughout the lifecycle of an oilfield, mainly in subsurface, production and wells sub-segments. Talent solutions include talent sourcing and Human Resource (HR) management services, providing customers with contracted consultants for customers' projects, as well as with HR management services such as management of salary payroll. Digital solutions include sourcing, design, supply, and implementation of IT infrastructure systems, cybersecurity, digital learning services, digital outsourcing services and software applications.
