Its core area of operations is within the State of Montana. Its holdings include Golden Dream at Elkhorn Goldfields, Montana Tunnels and the Mill Complex. The Company's Elkhorn Goldfields has approximately four deposits, including Golden Dream, East Butte, Gold Hill and Carmody. The East Butte deposit consists of approximately 55,000 ounces of probable gold. The Gold Hill deposit consists of over 75,000 ounces of probable gold. The Carmody deposit consists of approximately 45,000 ounces of probable gold. The Company's Elkhorn Goldfields is an underground mine with mineral reserves of approximately 1.17 million tons containing over 258,000 ounces of gold and approximately 8.3 million pounds of copper. The Elkhorn property consists of a range of mineral claims totaling approximately 4,500 acres.
