Duxton Farms Ltd is an Australia-based agricultural company that directly invests in and operates a diversified portfolio of farmland assets. The principal activities of the Company consist of sowing and harvesting of dryland and irrigated crops, infrastructure maintenance and upgrades, trading and breeding of livestock and sale of grains, pulses and lucerne. It manages a diversified portfolio of agricultural assets spanning 183,000 hectares in six States and Territories. The Company’s operations are organized under four operational pillars: cropping and livestock, horticulture, viticulture, and apiculture. It produces and/or sells a range of agricultural products and services, including dried grapes, honey, pollination services, cotton and apples. Its portfolio consists of a mix of projects at various stages of maturity, from the greenfield Piambie pistachio development to the maturing Euston dried grape vineyard.
