Dur Hospitality Co SJSC, formerly Saudi Hotels and Resorts Co. (SHARACO), is a Saudi Arabia-based public shareholding company primarily engaged in the construction, acquisition, management, operation, investment and purchase of hotels, motels, restaurants, rest areas, tours and travels agencies, entertainment centers, beaches and properties, as well as the ownership, development and sub-division of land. The Company operates in three segments: the Hotels and Recreational Center segment covers activities related to hotels and recreational centers; the Owned Real Estate segment provides renting its commercial and residential real estate to others, and the Services and Operation segment includes the management and operation of hotels and real estate. In December, 2013, the Company completed the purchase of a land located in Riyadh with total area of 5,000 square meters. In June, 2014, the Company announced the sale of the residential complex in Riyadh, consisting of 73 housing units.
