Digitus Group for Digital Infrastructure, Data Centers & Communications KSCP, formerly known as Hayat Communications Company KSCP, is a Kuwait-based digital infrastructure company. The Company operates through three primary verticals: Digitus DC , which designs, engineers, and delivers data center facilities including colocation and edge computing; Digitus Connect , which offers network rollout, telecom connectivity services, fiber and tower infrastructure, and managed telecom operations; and Digitus Solutions, which delivers ICT services, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services, and power-as-a-service for enterprise clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Its subsidiaries include Hayat Communications (MEA) FZCO, Hayat Construction Company Limited, ayat Communications Company - W.L.L, among others.
