The Red Cliff property is a former producing copper and gold property located over 25 miles north of Stewart, British Columbia, in the Skeena Mining Division of British Columbia. The Copper River Valley properties are comprised of three main claim blocks; Terrace Gold-Darranelle Treasure Mountain group of claims located in northern British Columbia, which consists of over 52 contiguous mineral claims. It also acquired the right to earn an 80% interest in three mineral claims totaling over 2,969.58 hectares in the Kamloops Mining Division, British Columbia, known as the Bonaparte Property.
