Danah Al Safat Foodstuff Co KPSC is a Kuwait-based fishing and food processing company. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in fishing, importing, exporting and local marketing of fish products; investment and participation in other companies dealing in foodstuffs, and establishment and management of restaurants. The Company's activities are structured into three segments: the Investment segment is engaged in the establishment and management of investment portfolios and funds; the Fishing operation segment is engaged in processing and trading of fresh, frozen and canned marine products, and the Restaurants and catering services segment is engaged in fast food chain operations. The Company is a subsidiary of Al Safwa Group Holding Company KSC. In July 2014, the Company fully acquired Egypt-based company Egyptian Dairy and Foodstuff Co SAE and its subsidiaries.
