The Legacy Operations segment is engaged in non-partnerships activities. The Partnerships business comprises four geographical operating segments across the United Kingdom. It delivers its new homes through different acquisition routes, such as strategic land and major project opportunities, conditional or unconditional basis, and working in partnership through development and joint venture agreements.
