Copper North Mining Corp. is a mineral exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and future development of resource properties in Canada. The Company's projects include the Carmacks project, the Thor property and the Redstone property. The Carmacks Project is located approximately 192 kilometers north of Whitehorse, Yukon. The Carmacks Project site is over 10 kilometers west of the Yukon River and approximately 40 kilometers northwest of the town of Carmacks. The Redstone Property is located in the Nahanni Mining District, Northwest Territories, over 290 kilometers south of Norman Wells and approximately 300 kilometers north of Watson Lake, Yukon Territory. The Company's Redstone Property consists of several discontinuous claims and leases stretching over approximately 100 kilometers in a northwest southeast orientation. The Thor property includes various claims that are located over 20 kilometers south of the Kemess mine.
