Compania Electro Metalurgica SA (Elecmetal) is a Chile-based industrial conglomerate. The Company operates in the steel industry, with the production of steel components for the mining industry; in the glass and plastic packaging sector; in the wine industry, where produces and markets wine and liquor; as well as in the communications sector, where covers the publishing of print media, and television broadcasting. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Cristalerias de Chile SA, Servicios y Consultas Hendaya SA, Inversiones Elecmetal Ltda, ME Elecmetal SA, Servicios Compartidos Ticel Ltda, Fundicion Talleres Ltda and Aceros Especiales SA.
