CJ Corporation is a Korea-based holding company engaged in manufacture and sale of food. The Company operates through five segments. The Food and Food Service segment provides processed foods, sugar, flour, edible oils, and food ingredient distribution services. The Logistics and New Distribution segment provides cargo handling services, transportation services, collection and delivery services, as well as clothing, electronics and furniture, and beauty products. The Biotechnology segment manufactures and sells bio-products, feed additives, and animal feed. The Entertainment and Media segment is engaged in production and distribution of video and audio recordings, use of broadcasting channels, and comprehensive cable broadcasting, theaters, intellectual property rights, music, and brands. The Other segment is engaged in the development and operation of real estate, as well as establishment, development, and operation of information technology (IT) systems and supply of solutions.
