City PAO (City OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the construction sector. The Company was created to manage and develop the project of the Moscow International Business Center Moscow-City (the Center). The Center is a complex of business, public, hotel and recreational spaces with its own communications and underground transport. City OAO activities comprise the development and implementation of the programs connected to the Center's construction and operation, dealing with leaseholders, coordination of the actions of other project's participants, as well as building and operation of its own projects, including engineering, construction of transport infrastructure, power supply networks, telecommunications, video surveillance, monitoring systems, and others. The Company operates domestically, through several subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
