CGS Holdings Inc, formerly C&G Systems Inc, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems, and the provision of related maintenance services, as well as the manufacture, sale and contracting of dies and molds. The Company operates its business through two segments. The CAD/CAM Systems Business segment mainly manufactures and sells CAD/CAM systems, provides maintenance services for the software, sells hardware such as personal computers (PCs) for installing the software, and engages in contracted development. The Mold Manufacturing Business segment is mainly engaged in the contract manufacturing of dies for automotive parts using the fabless method, whereby dies are procured and sold overseas.
