Ceylon and Foreign Trades PLC (CFT) is an exporter of ceylon produce, manufacturer of goods, importer, distributor of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) product and investor. The Company's operations include Adam Cement, Fly ash, Container, Burhani Glass, Property Development and Warehousing, FMCG Marketing, Coconut Exports and CFT Palm Oil. The Company also operates an energy division, CFT Energy, to build on its existing trading operations. Through its finance division, CFT acts as direct sales associate for ICICI Bank and is also exploring various opportunities in the Sri Lankan finance and insurance sectors. Its CFT consulting provides a range of consultancy services for foreign investors in Sri Lanka. The Company imports and distributes 18 gauge galvanized iron wire (BWG 18), which can be supplied in the form of coil, bobbins, spool and mesh. The Company's subsidiary is Colombo Freight & Transport Ltd.
