CELSYS Inc, formerly ArtSpark Holdings Inc, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the business management of subsidiaries that plans, develops, sells, licenses, and maintains and manages computer software and peripherals, as well as related businesses. The Company operates through two segments. The Creator Support segment promotes the research and development and practical application of graphic technology, and expands the product lineup that supports new content production techniques and new devices. The User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) segment develops products centered on the in-vehicle software development platform CGI Studio and the UI authoring software group UIConductor, with a focus on the automotive (four-wheel and two-wheel) sector.
