Blue Sugars Corporation (Blue Sugars), formerly KL Energy Corporation, develops and commercializes technology to convert biomass into ethanol, fermentable sugars and lignin. The Company offers a range of products, which include project development, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) select services and solutions, technology license, structured financing, including co-investments and start-up and operating management. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated a production capacity of up to 10,000 liters of fuel spec anhydrous ethanol per day. Blue Sugars's process technology is designed for integration with Brazilian sugarcane mills.
