Benalec Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. Its segments include Marine construction, Vessel chartering and marine transportation, and Other operating segment. The Marine construction segment includes disposal of land held for sale, which provides disposal of reclaimed land received as compensation for in-kind settlement contracts, and land reclamation services. The land reclamation services provide marine construction services, which includes land reclamation, dredging and beach nourishment; rock revetment works, shore protection works, and breakwater construction; pre-bore and marine piling; construction of marine structures, bridges, jetties, ports, and other offshore and ancillary services; and sales of marine construction materials. The Vessel chartering and marine transportation segment provides chartering of vessels on time and voyage charters. The Other operating segment comprises investment holding and properties held for sale.
