The Bank is organized into three business segments including Retail banking, Corporates, institutions and public sector, and Treasury. Its Retail banking segment includes handling individual customers’ deposits, and providing consumer type loans, overdrafts, credit cards facilities and other services. Its Corporates, institutions and public sector segment includes following up on customer deposits, credit facilities and other Banking services for corporate, institutional, and public sector clients. Its Treasury segment provides trading and treasury services and managing Bank’s funds and Investments. The Bank operates offices and branches across the Palestinian, with international presence through its representative offices in the United Arab Emirates and Chile.
