Azaria Rental SOCIMI SA is a Spain-based real estate company. The Company divides its business in four main activities: Acquisition, Promotion and Restoration of urban buildings for rental purposes; the Capital Participation in other Spanish or foreign real estate investment companies; the Capital Participation in other Spanish or foreign real estate companies with the aim of acquire and renovate urban buildings for rental purposes; the Participation in Shares or Stakeholdings of real estate collective investment institutions. Additionally, the Company can develop other activities only if the total activity income is less than the 20% of the Company income during each fiscal period. This accessory activities can managed from the Company totally or partially according to the law in force. The Company owns around five buildings assigned as offices, industries and parking, which cover in total more than 46.000 square meters.
