AustAsia Group Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company engaged in dairy farm operations. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the production and sales of raw milk, beef cattle and feed products, and the distribution and sales of milk products in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). It operates through three segments: Raw Milk, which is engaged in the production and sales of raw milk; Beef Cattle, which is engaged in the raising and sales of beef cattle, and Ancillary, which is engaged in the sales of milk products, feed products, and others under its AustAsia brand. The Company provides raw milk to a group of customers, including national and regional dairy product manufacturers and other dairy brands. Its in-house feed mill produces approximately three types of feed products, namely pre-mix feed, flaked corn, and calf pellets. It owns and operates approximately 11 dairy farms and over two beef cattle feedlots in Shandong and Inner Mongolia of the PRC.
