Augmedix Notes provides asynchronous medical documentation based upon previously recorded visit. Prep provides chart preparation delivered prior to the patient visit. Prep transfers patient demographics, past medical history, medication changes and other key data points from the patient’s health to the current visit note. Clinicians access its products and service through mobile devices, managed by it or their health enterprise.
