The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Land and office properties segment includes rental and capital appreciation. The Car park operations segment engaged in operation of car parking business. The Mall operation segment includes mall leasing and operation. The Company’s subsidiaries are BH Builders Sdn. Bhd., Pinus Park Sdn. Bhd, AGB Properties Sdn. Bhd., Asian Pac Capital Sdn. Bhd., and among others.
