CapitaLand Ascendas REIT is a Singapore-based business space and industrial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns properties across three key segments: Business Space and Life Sciences, Logistics, and Industrial and Data Centres in the developed markets of Singapore, Australia, the United States, Japan and the United Kingdom/Europe. The Company's Business Spaces and Life Sciences segment includes business space for regional corporate headquarters (HQ), backroom support offices, research and development (R&D) facilities and life science spaces with lab-ready specifications. The Business Space & Life Sciences properties are located within corporate campus environments in Raleigh, San Diego and Portland as well as in the submarket of South of Market (SoMa) in San Francisco. The Logistics segment includes single-story and multi-story buildings featuring vehicular ramp and/or cargo lift access. The Company's manager is CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited.
