It constitutes a single reportable segment, with principal product classes including fusible interlining, dyeing, bleaching, fabric processing, stitching, and other related products. The Company’s divisions include Apparel, Dyeing, and Interlining. The Apparel division specializes in the manufacturing of fashion garments (both denim and non-denim). The Dyeing division specializes in processing narrow-width fabrics, mainly used by woven garment manufacturers. It also processes cotton fabrics, cotton stretch fabrics, cotton-polyester fabrics, and polyester stretch fabrics. The Interlining division produces interlining in cotton and polyester-cotton blends, ranging from 115 grams per square meter (gsm) to 350 gsm. It provides services such as kier bleaching, singeing, desizing, finishing, drying, coating, calendaring, and rolling.
