AppAsia Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: Digital Solutions, E-Commerce Business, Financial Services, and Investment Holding and Others. The Digital Solutions segment is engaged in the provision of digital platform-related solutions and services. The E-Commerce Business segment is engaged in the provision of an online marketplace for electronic commerce (e-commerce) activities. The Financial Services segment engages in the provision of financial assistance. The Investment Holding and Others segment participates in investment holding and the provision of management services and other complementary activities. The Company provides information technology (IT) security and cloud technology solutions under the brand name Extol and operates the electronic bank confirmation platform eConfirm.my. The Companyâ€™s subsidiaries include Extol Corporation Sdn. Bhd., AppAsia Marketing Sdn. Bhd., AppAsia Tech Sdn. Bhd., and others.
