AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in real estate development. The Company operates through three business segments: the Low-rise segment, the High-rise segment, and Other segment. Its Low-rise segment is engaged in the development of real estate which comprises single detached houses and townhouses. Its High-rise segment is engaged in the development of real estate which comprises condominiums. Its Other segment comprises after sales services, property brokerage, education and training businesses, and construction services provided to group of companies and other services. Its products and services are offered through various brands, including City, Centro, Moden, Baan Klang Muang, Pleno, District, Apitown, Aspire, The Address and others.
