Andino Investment Holding SAA is a Peru-based holding company engaged in the provision of logistic and freight services nationwide. The Company’s operations are divided into three business units, Infrastructure, Logistic Services and Maritime Services. The Infrastructure division covers the management of operations in ports and airports, and the development of projects with private companies. Logistic Services is active in the provision of bonded warehouse services, such as containers storage, transport and distribution of merchandise, freight unloading operations and refrigerated cargo storage. The Maritime Services division provides attendance to the shipping lines and cargo handling through, underwater operations and harbor tug services, among others. As of September 30, 2011, the Company owned 14 direct and indirect subsidiaries, such as Cosmos Agencia Maritima SAC and Neptunia SA, among others; as well as several international partners, such as Svitzer Americas and Grupo CASA.
