Amathus Public Ltd, a member of the Lanitis Group, is a Cyprus-based company that is active in hotel ownership and management, tour operating, aviation, air and sea travel. The Hotel division manages and operates the Amathus Beach Hotels in Limassol and Paphos, as well as the Amathus Beach Hotel on the island of Rhodes, Greece. In the Aviation division the Company acts as a general sales agent for a number of airlines with a network of ticketing offices. The Tourism division deals with incoming and outgoing tourism and offers such services as hotel reservations, airport and hotel transfers, car rental, hotel representative services, excursions, mini cruises and is also active in the field of conference and incentive travel. Through its affiliated company Amathus Aegeas Ltd, it is also engaged in the shipping, clearing and forwarding sector, and provides such services as chartering, brokerage and ship agency, container cargo handling, as well as warehousing and distribution.
