Alliance Mining Corp. is a Canada-based resource exploration and project development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. The Company entered into an option agreement with Tiberius Gold Corp. to acquire 100% of the Red Rice Lake property (the Property) located in the Bissett Gold Mine Camp in Manitoba. The Company entered into an option agreement to purchase the Moose claim, in the Bissett-Rice Lake district of Southern Manitoba. The Moose claim lies eight kilometers southeast of San Antonio/True North mine-mill complex. The Company entered into an agreement with 1911 Gold Corporation (1911 Gold) to acquire 1911 Gold’s 50% interest in 27 contiguous mining claims totalling over 410 hectares (Greenbelt Property) located south of Bissett, Manitoba.
