Alita Resources Limited, formerly Alliance Mineral Assets Limited, is a mining company engaged in the business of developing and exploiting Tantalite mineral resource in Australia. It possesses the right to explore and mine Tantalum at the Bald Hill Tantalite Mine and surrounding areas. The Bald Hill Project covers an area of approximately 59,000 hectares and is located within the Eastern Goldfields Province of the Archaean Yilgarn Block, within the Shire of Coolgardie, approximately 50 kilometers east of Widgiemooltha. The Bald Hill Project consists of over four mining leases, approximately eight prospecting licenses, over eight exploration licenses, a general purpose license, a retention license and other miscellaneous licenses. Its Tantalum mineral resources comprise a total mineral resource of over 2,580,000 tons averaging approximately 350 parts per million (ppm) Tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5). Its Tantalum is used in production of capacitors in the electronics industry.
