Al Amal Holding PSC is a Jordan-based financial services company. The main activity of the Company is to perform commission brokerage business, dealing with securities for its own account, providing financial consulting, leasing and mortgage of movable and immovable assets for the purposes of achieving the Company’s objectives, borrowing from banks, buying, renting, pledging and importing any of movable and immovable assets or any rights or privileges deemed necessary by the Company or suitable for their purposes, including land, building, machinery, means of transport or goods and to establish, assess, act and make changes when necessary or appropriate for the purposes and objectives of the Company. The Company has approximately one subsidiary: Ishraqa Al Amal Real Estate Investments Company.
