Akritas SA is a Greece-based company engaged in the wood and furniture industry. The Company's products include chipboards, melamine-faced boards, veneers and various ready-made components, as well as furniture. Its chipboard is made from 100% forest wood; its melamine-faced board is available in a wide range of colors and patterns, including monochrome tones, abstract geometrical patterns and imitation wood effects, and is available with a smooth or textured surface, in gloss or matt finish; its veneers are available in such colors as ash, oak, cherry and beech, while the ready-made wood components are used in office and home furniture making. Akritas SA Collection includes such furniture items as tables and bookcases. The Company also operates in Bulgaria through its subsidiary, Akritas Bulgaria EAD, formerly Emos Ltd. Its products are also exported abroad in such countries as Turkey, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania and Cyprus.
